There are two major new technologies that are very important today outside of the medical and Bioscience / Lifescience field: Cryprocurrency and Artificial Intelligence. The importance of these two technologies is that they are being adopted quickly by both consumers and industry, creating sociological and culural change.
Artificial intelligence refers to the capability of computational systems to perform tasks typically associated with human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, problem-solving, perception, and decision-making.
